Order information

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed, changes are generally not possible. If you'd like to add more items, we recommend placing a separate order.


For changes to your delivery address or to request the removal of items from your order, please contact us at info@studioleap.co.uk. Use the subject line “Amend my order” and be sure to include your order number for faster assistance.


Can I cancel my order?

 If you’ve had a change of mind, you can cancel your order at any time—either before it ships or within 14 days of receiving your items.


To request a cancellation, please email info@studioleap.co.uk with “Cancel my order” in the subject line, and don’t forget to include your order number.


What should I expect from backordered products?

 If an item is available for backorder, you have two options: you can subscribe to our mailing list to receive an emails when it is back in stock, or go ahead and place an order now to reserve them. If you choose to order, we'll notify you by email as soon as your item ships.



Shipping policy

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to pack and ship all items within a day or two (Monday to Friday). If you have any questions or require special delivery please get in touch. 


Are there extra charges for international orders?
If you're ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees set by your country’s regulations. These charges, along with any delays caused by customs processing, are beyond our control.


Any additional costs incurred once the shipment arrives in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Since these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


When will my order arrive?
For UK orders, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days.


International deliveries can take anywhere from 7 - 14 working days, depending on customs processing times in your country. Please note that tracking is not available for international shipments.



Returns policy

 We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition.


If an item arrives faulty, we’ll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


How to Return an Item
As a small independent business, we're unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original delivery charges.

To return an item:

  1. Repack it in the original packaging and shipping box, if you still have them. 
  2. Include a note with your name and order number so we can identify your return. 
  3. Send the parcel to:

  4. Email us at info@studioleap.co.uk once your return is on its way, along with a brief explanation of why you're returning it.
     

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow a few weeks for the return to be completed.
